Eileen Sementilli has 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry with 22 of those years in Event Management. She has been at the Harbor Center for the past 17 years with many of the same clients returning every year. Eileen prides herself with the close personal relationship that she establishes with her clients during the planning process. Clients have frequently become friends and are treated with a sense of compassion and there is always an element of fun in the process. She knows how to implement a successful event for all of her clients.
She is a seasoned professional that provides each client with an opportunity to have a unique and creative learning experience. Eileen brings a spirited attitude and an amazing work ethic with each new adventure in planning. She uses her many years of experience, the skills she possesses and her knowledge of logistics to help guide her clients throughout the various stages of events. She attends to the individual details and intricacies to be able to put together the necessary pieces of the puzzle that form together to create each event.
A native of New York, she came to Louisiana and made it home for the past 38 years. She is actively involved as a volunteer in her community with EST Habitat for Humanity Woman’s Build and The Rosie Build Program. She participates in food drives for the Northshore Food Bank and is involved in clean-up and beautification projects in her community.
Her favorite quote is one of Margaret Mead’s. “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.”
Eileen has lived in Slidell for the past 17 years. She enjoys listening to live music and attending festivals. She is an avid photographer and likes to spend time on Lake Pontchartrain, the Gulf Coast and traveling around Louisiana. She is a Mom to her four-legged child, Scooby Doo!
