Free Family-Friendly Event at the Harbor Center Showcases Food and Music
Slidell, LA — Get ready to eat, dance, and celebrate flavor! The Louisiana Food Truck Festival rolls into town on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Harbor Center, located at 100 Harbor Center Blvd, Slidell, LA 70461. This free, family-friendly event promises a full day of delicious food, live music, and local flair.
Presented by Silver Slipper Casino and held in partnership with Explore Louisiana and Lake 94.7, the festival will feature over 25 food trucks offering a mouthwatering mix of cuisines—from street tacos and BBQ to local favorites like crabcakes and more.
In addition to food, guests can browse a curated lineup of craft and art vendors, enjoy live performances by local favorites Bayou Stampede and Al “Lil Fats” Jackson, and bring the kids to a dedicated Kids Zone designed just for them.
