Troy is a Retired Major in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He has just under 30 years of military service to his credit and is a combat veteran of Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is currently employed as a Change Management/Software Release Manager with Dignari, LLC.
Troy is a native of Yuma, Arizona. He moved to Slidell when he was in the fifth grade and is a graduate of Salmen High School in Slidell, LA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Upper Iowa University and numerous Information Technology Certifications. He is the son of Wayne and Patricia Brackett. He has a daughter; Victoria Brackett and she lives in Lafayette. Troy enjoys playing softball, golf and serving the local community where he was raised and lives.
